This is cheaper way by train. It is good chance to learn how train system working in Tokyo.

From Haneda airport to Nakano station
1. Easiest and Cheapest Way 60min in total 630yen
From Shinjuku to Nakano, it is one stop by JR Chuo-line. But we recommend to use JR Sobu-line, then you can transfer to JR Sobu-line then you can change train on the same platform (just transfer to the opposite side). Sobu-line is 3 stops from Shinjuku to Nakano.

We recommend this way if you want to see nice view by monorail.
